Problems
and Complaints
We hope that there will be very few problems or complaints
about the work of the school. However, should you have a
problem you should first seek to discuss it with your
child’s class teacher who will try to resolve the
issue. If you are unable to resolve the matter in this
manner you should then meet with the headteacher. Further
redress can be sought through the
Chairman of Governors if you feel that
the school has failed to deal with or resolve your
complaint to your satisfaction. The address of the
chairman of governors can be found at the start of
this brochure. Further assistance can be obtained from
the
County Education Officer or the
Diocesan Director of Education.
